Backlinks are easy. Maybe they're working right now? Anyway you can make one by hand by adding rel="octo:octothorpes" to any link. The markdown way of doing that is {rel="octo:octothorpes"}.

But this site comes with a fun shortcode! You can just write

And it will turn into a backlink.
